This survey aimed to gather insights from students who have undergone ROTC training, exploring the correlation between ROTC and the development of leadership qualities.
The questionnaire consisted of a diverse range of questions, including single-choice, multiple-choice, and open-ended questions. The survey questionnaire comprised questions related to the participants' perception of the impact of ROTC training on their leadership skills, satisfaction with the provided leadership development opportunities, noticeable improvements in leadership abilities, and the specific aspects of leadership that ROTC training focuses on.
Furthermore, the survey explored the participants' opinions regarding the essential skills and qualities for effective leadership, the effectiveness of ROTC training in developing leadership skills, future plans in pursuing leadership roles in criminology, and the influence of ROTC training on employability and discipline. Additionally, participants were asked about other extracurricular activities they had participated in during their first year and how ROTC training can contribute to their future career in criminology.
The collected data from the survey will aid in understanding the impact of ROTC training on leadership development among 1st-year criminology students. This research falls under the category of 'Education' and specifically contributes to the field of 'Other Research'. By analyzing and evaluating the responses, we can gain insights into the effectiveness of ROTC programs in nurturing leadership skills and their correlation with overall employability.
