Surveying the Importance of Food Safety in Local Catering Services
In today's world, where food safety is a top priority, our survey on the impact of proper food handling in local catering services seeks to shed light on customer perceptions and experiences. The survey delves into various aspects, including how often individuals consume food from local caterers, the factors they consider when choosing a catering service, their awareness of food handling practices, and their willingness to pay more for services that prioritize food safety. From understanding the importance of practices such as proper hand washing, cooking food to the correct temperature, refrigerating food promptly, and avoiding cross-contamination, to gauging trust in different sources for food safety information, our questionnaire covers a wide range of topics. We also explore the willingness of individuals to report catering services that do not follow proper food handling practices and their opinions on the mandatory education and training of employees in the food industry.
